Submission Guidelines

To ensure smooth operation of the publication of Nitipat NIDA Law Journal, the Graduate School of Law has prepared the submission guidelines for publication consideration of this journal as follows:

1. All manuscripts must follow the submission guidelines.
2. Journal template for academic articles
3. Journal template for research articles
4. Authors interested in submitting articles for publication can do so via the ThaiJO (Thai Journal Online) platform at www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/nitipat/index Please ensure that your manuscripts are in Word file format.
5. Conditions for publication: All submitted articles or academic works must not have been previously published and/or disseminated in any format, and must not be in the process of being considered for publication in other journals. These submitted manuscripts are subject to strict double-blind peer review process by at least 3 reviewers who are experts in the field(s). The publication consideration is at the discretion of the editor and the editorial committee. The decision from the editorial committee are deemed final.
