Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitat Chavisschinda is a Thai legal scholar and policy advisor whose work lies at the intersection of law, technology, and policy. He is Deputy Director of the Research Bureau at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Bangkok), where his research focuses on AI governance, data privacy, digital transformation, and cross-border data regulation. His approach emphasizes how legal frameworks can adapt to technological change while promoting accountability and public trust.
Engaged in regional and international collaborations, Dr. Chavisschinda contributes to shaping discussions on AI regulation, digital trade, and technology governance in ASEAN, China, and beyond.
