Nitipat NIDA Law Journal

 Nitipat NIDA Law Journal is an academic journal which publishes academic articles and research articles from scholars both inside and outside NIDA. It aims to disseminate academic works of the faculty members and the students of the Graduate School of Law, and to provide academic contribution to the society in the form of academic knowledge transfer. 

     Nitipat NIDA Law Journal is run by the Graduate School of Law, the National Institute of Development Administration. It is published biannually: Issue 1 (January – June) and Issue 2 (July – December). Its objective is to serve as a platform for presenting and disseminating academic works by the students, lecturers, government administrators, and scholars in the field of law and other related fields, such as law and development, sociology of law, law and economics, and legal philosophy. 

     Publications including academic articles, research articles, legal commentaries, and book reviews are among the scholarly works published by Nitipat NIDA Law Journal. All submitted academic and research articles are assessed by the editorial committee, and are subject to strict double-blind peer review process by at least 3 reviewers who are experts in the field(s). Such manuscripts must not have been previously published in any format. The publication of Nitipat NIDA Law Journal is in 2 formats: in print and online. The hard copy can be accessed through our Law Library and is available for purchase from Academic Journal Project at the Graduate School of Law, NIDA. 

     The journal has changed the international standard serial numbers from ISSN 2286-6787 (Print) and ISSN 2730-2326 (Online) to the current numbers:
