Philosophy and Objectives of the Program

 

Philosophy

The program is aim to produce graduates who have good management skills with ability to understand legal concepts. Graduates are expected to be able to apply legal knowledge in their management activities by respecting Rule of law and good governance principle, with a view to benefit the society and the country.

 

Objectives:

1. To produce graduates who have good management skills with ability to understand legal concepts and to efficiently apply legal knowledge to managements activities, with good legal ethic and respect in Rule of law and good governance principle

2. To produce graduates who have good understanding in both legal and management concepts and be able to apply their legal and management skill to the work in public and/or private sector.

3. To develop management efficiency by adding knowledge of legal concepts with a view to be able to compete with several actors in the market and to benefit the society and the country.

 4. To produce specialists being able to response to the need of the public administration as well as private sector.

 

 

Admission Requirements

  1. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in any branch of study from public or private educational institutions recognized by the Office of Higher Education Commission of Thailand or holds an equivalent degree recognized by the Executive Council of NIDA.  Having professional experiences, in accordance with the requirement of NIDA
  2. Successfully pass an admission examination ( written test and/or interview)

 

 

Learning system

Full time study of binary system consisting of two semesters for each academic year.Not less than 15 weeks of class in each semester. Some classes might be available during summer, upon the approval of the curriculum committee of the program.
